A: Our classic stovetop Moka Pot has a capacity of 300ml. This is the perfect size to brew a rich, full-bodied base for your morning routine or to share multiple traditional espresso-sized cups with friends at the campsite.
Q3: Can I use the AGOGO Moka Pot on an induction stove?
A: Our Moka Pots are crafted for traditional and outdoor brewing. They work perfectly on gas stoves, electric coil burners, and camping gas units. However, they are not compatible with induction cooktops.
Q4: Are your glass drippers and stainless steel servers dishwasher safe?
A: To preserve the integrity of the materials, the elegant wooden accents, and the protective finishes, we do not recommend putting any of our coffee gear in the dishwasher. Gentle hand washing with warm water and mild soap is the best way to care for your equipment.
Q5: Can I heat coffee directly in the glass server on a gas stove?
A: We strongly advise against this. While our servers are crafted from highly heat-resistant borosilicate glass, placing them directly over an open flame will make the glass dangerously hot to handle, posing a significant burn risk. For your safety, please use the server exclusively for brewing and pouring.
Q6: Is the exterior paint on the Moka Pots and stainless steel servers safe and lead-free?
A: Rest assured, your health and safety are our top priorities. The exterior finishes on our food-grade aluminum Moka Pots and 304 stainless steel servers feature a premium, high-temperature-resistant coating. It undergoes strict third-party testing to guarantee it is 100% non-toxic, completely lead-free, and perfectly safe for your daily brewing ritual.

A: Standard delivery usually takes between 7 to 15 days. Depending on real-time inventory allocation, your gear may ship from our North American fulfillment centers (arriving in about 7 days) or directly from our manufacturing facility (taking 10 to 15 days).

A: We offer a 30-day return window. If you change your mind, you may return the unused item, though return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. However, if your product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we will cover all shipping costs and provide a free replacement or full refund.

A: We pack our gear carefully, but transit accidents occasionally happen. If your item arrives broken, please contact our support team immediately and attach a clear photo of the damaged product. We will arrange a free replacement right away.
