Brew Guide
The Perfect Pour: Glass Dripper Guide
-
⚖️ Step 1: The Setup
Place your stainless steel or paper filter into the glass carafe. Add your favorite medium-coarse ground coffee to the center of the cone.
-
💧 Step 2: The Bloom
Gently pour a small amount of hot water just to wet the grounds. Pause for 30 seconds to allow the coffee to bloom and release rich aromas.
-
🌀 Step 3: The Brew
Starting from the center, slowly pour the remaining water in a steady, outward spiral motion. Allow the water to draw down completely.
-
✨ Step 4: The Serve
Safely remove the filter. Hold the carafe by its ergonomic, heat-resistant collar to pour and share a perfect cup.
The Classic Brew: Moka Pot Guide
-
Fill the base with cold water up to just below the safety valve. (Do not exceed the valve).
-
Insert the funnel and fill it with ground coffee (Medium-Fine Grind). Level it off gently. DO NOT Tamp (Press) the coffee down.
-
Place a moistened paper filter ON TOP of the coffee grounds. This ensures a cleaner taste and prevents sediment.
-
Screw the upper chamber tightly onto the base. Place on stove over
MEDIUM-LOW heat. (Flame should not exceed the bottom of the pot). -
Coffee will begin to flow in 3-5 minutes. Once you hear a gurgling/hissing sound and the coffee turns pale, REMOVE FROM HEAT IMMEDIATELY.
-
Stir the coffee in the upper chamber to mix the layers for a balanced flavor. Pour and enjoy!
